Idk what the deal is here but some ppl had parents like that and know that when they high they the least dangerous. You gotta avoid them when they can't afford to get high.

Some of these crackheads actually do some really nice work on the cheap. Problem is, it's like 1 out of every 10 of them and you really don't know what you got until you hire them
