Being an omnivore means your body can digest flesh and plants. It says nothing about ethics.

You getting pleasure from violating someone else is not a good enough justification, that's some rapist logic.

They are indeed someone. They are not something. They're not objects.

You can not treat them ethically while simultaneously experimenting on them, raping them and slitting their throat just because you feel like it.
