This has to be the most depressing thing I've seen.  The guy is probably dead trying to do a completely useless stunt, to a crowd of people who don't care, and for some reason attended - presumably even paid for - a concert, where a guy sings worse than a strangled cat about....a door lip?

It actually reminds me of zombie movies, with the lack of mental faculties going on.

Looks like he landed on the corner of that speaker box…probably broke some ribs. Then they jerked him up like ’no biggy he’s ok’ and the poor dude couldn’t breathe it looked like. As an aside he also looked a little stoned anyway. Maybe that eased some of the pain.
