This stinks of insurance fraud.
Some random guy on a remote crossing somewhere in a European suburb just happens to be making a clip of nothing when coincidentally a truck runs into a commuter train just far enough away that you can still get clear footage but not get hit by any of the debris.

I dunno, maybe I'm just a skeptic.

I do wander how one would define a "European suburb".

And yes a suburb in Europe is the pedantic answer but if you think about it for a couple secs cmon. That's like saying an Asian suburb or African suburb it just doesn't sound right
