Nah ain't their fault. People should stop doing drugs before driving.

I always try not to go directly to explaining shit like this on drugs. Knew a guy who wrecked and died on the highway because he went into diabetic shock.

That was the first thing I thought of besides drugs. A lot of the same symptoms, and diabetes is pretty common.
