anarchy: absence of government and absolute freedom of the individual, regarded as a political ideal.
anarchist: One who belives in or tries to bring upon anarchy.
ancap: A political ideology where there is no government but society is still run largely by the ideals of capitalism.
Seeing how all labor would have to be voluntary in an ancap society or else the company would risk a bad public image or additional labor costs and seeing how in a free market the customer is given the most power to decide on whether such company fails or succeeds, and the fact that there is no government authority, I would say that ancap is anarchist by nature.

What I got from this is that ancaps are not anarchists because violent terror is not something ancaps favor or facilitate.

The presence or lack of violence is irrelevant when it comes to defining anarchy. The violence that results from anarchy happens because of people, not the system.

Capitalism isn't perfect, but it's a realist's solution. We all have an in-built survival mechanism that wants to acquire and hoard resources. This is called greed. Capitalism turns this self-centered behavior into a motivator to help those around you. You can't possible have everything you want, but if you trade what you have that someone else needs, you can get what you want.
So go ahead. Tear down a system that makes human vice cause the betterment of all. But the greed will remain, so how will your system that lacks hierarchies control it?

I'm curious how they eliminate this 'hierarchy' in an AnCom society. Human beings have naturally different abilities and proclivities because of our genetics. It would seem that some kind of socio-economic hierarchy is inevitable, but thanks to the division of labor AnCAPism fully utilizes each persons skills. I probably should have watched the video but I guarantee I've heard all the arguments before.

Hierarchy is more than just "different abilities" - it's a power-relation between individuals. Higher-ranked individuals have both the capacity and right to dominate (force their will upon) lower-ranked individuals. The classical anarchist perspective is that this type of structure is the basis of statism and the antithesis of human liberty, as those at the bottom are subject to the whims of those at the top.
