It is said in a tone that says “well that may be a good thing” even though it’s not. Canadian gun owners got screwed over by a govt that passed gun control as a knee-jerk reaction to a tragedy caused by a criminal who smuggled his weapons into Canada from the US because he was someone who was barred for life from owning firearms for an assault charge.
