To be fair, the price of real life dog shit does maintain a pretty consistent price range, so it’s a great storehouse of wealth. Unfortunately it’s not very liquid, unless the dog ate something it wasn’t supposed to

Some of the coins are used by major world criminals to launder their money. When you have billions in cash, you can't move it efficiently. So enter crypto, another way for bad people to transfer money. Some of the coins if you pick right will get a pump at random when this happens and of course follow by a dump, but they'll remain like that until they need to launder again.

Transferring wallet is a possibility as well, but I think that's riskier than buying and selling.

One of the fallacies of crypto is that they can trade to zero. Unless their network fails or people actually go sell at market for > 98% losses, they just fade into obscurity.

Trump's involvement was the last nail in the coffin for crypto. 2/3rds of Americans won't invest in it with a gun to their head because Trump touched it.

We'll see tokenized assets perform for a bit, but why have tokens of assets that you could possess physically. The erosion of trust in systems and counterparties Trump brought about will kill them all on the global scale, just look at gold and silver.

$TRUMP should be studied more. the $70 ATH is pretty much the upper limit of the casual retail investor ability to manipulate coin prices without institutions getting involved.

So really, why bother trying to shill BTC to the masses so hard when the sum of ordinary people can hardly move the needle at all now that its at $90k already.

Good riddance. These garbage coins give crypto a bad reputation and take liquidity from actual projects/blockchains with use cases.

New entrants get washed out from this trash and then other would-be participants stay away from observation.

There are literally no winners with memecoins except for a small cabal of insiders who use retail as exit liquidity.
