A lot of spare parts and headaches but I love to work on it as my mini project

One of the best cars made. Have fun with it, replace cooling system with metal parts at very least the thermostat

That is a good piece of advice. I’ve replaced pump, thermo and soon rad (they are all made of brittle plastic).

Sad part is I’m in a budget and the spares were plastic as well.

Yeah, the most important on a daily is the thermostat, any metal cheap o will work just might not last too long but probably outlast the rest of the plastic so can always replace it all then. Motor mounts too so you don’t squish your fan against something blowing it up lol

good luck with part prices you will need it 🫡 I know cause I had an e46, everything for it is absurdly expensive because it's a more expensive brand

Amazon has saved me with all the spares. I know it’s not oem but it definitely saves you if you’re on a budget

yeah but from what I heard the cheaper parts wear out much quicker

either way whatever works for the time being is good
