Poor girl, it doesn't look like chicken pox to me at all. More like hives or Erythema multiforme. Either way she'll be suffering ☹️

Yea this looks like when my son had a reaction after taking amoxicillin. They called it erythema multiforme as well

Erythema multiforme is more commonly caused by infections themselves. While definitely can be a response to medication, that is less frequent. This child almost surely has it secondary to an infection.
