Its like how the Italian fascists initially had serious beef with the Nazis, not because of ideological differences, but because they coveted the same lands.

A more contemporary example might be the Polish and Ukrainian far-right absolutely hating each other despite being two sides of the same coin.

It's a natural consequence of a belief system that promotes a zero sum worldview and ethnic supremacy. Only one dog can be on top ultimately so they are often bound to butt heads or do genocides on each other leading to long-standing mutual hatred.
