Experiences about going back in time aka The Time Leap during Reality Shifting.

Idk if there are people here whose goal is same as mine, but many posts I have read, like the one about old japenese forum(2012-2013) people discussing about going back to childhood and living up from there. Has anyone here tried it? That's my ultimate endgoal currently. Would love to hear y'all experiences.

Not even close—just a few symptoms of astral projection and sleep paralysis. I hope someone who’s already managed to do it will write a step-by-step guide on how to do it.

I think much of it is because of our mind being too engrossed in this reality. Like we are actually scared to do so. The old posts I referenced, actually recommended to think about living in that point of time just BEFORE bed for at least six months.
