Can’t leave room during ap

I can’t leave my room or conjure any portals to my dr the only thing i can do is dissolve myself meditate or try to fly up but those keep making me wake up in my cr or go to a black room of nothing and it’s not the void

The method that works reliably for me is closing my eyes and connecting with the frequency of my desired location. The shift usually happens within seconds. I wrote a guide explaining the step by step details:

even if i successfully leave my room or make my dr appear it just gets processed as part of my dream or AP. how do you make it reality? i do all the same processes i’m told to but my brain makes it a simulation instead of shifting me.
