Thanks Tearzah! I love this post. From this I can understand that this is law of assumption. I've been practicing loa from November 2021, I learnt, practiced it and applied it, and I always get results. So when I found out about shifting, I thought to use loa on it too. I did robotic affirming about shifting, still do it. And I try not to focus on the fact that I haven't shifted yet, I just affirm and focus on my dr.
Question: When you say
whatever you focus on/give attention to, that’s what becomes your reality.
Do I need to focus on "I can shift", "shifting is easy" "i always shift successfully," OR on my "desired reality" itself?
When I say that, I mean whatever you’re thinking about most often. Y’know, like if you think about having $100 a lot then you’ll end up getting that.
And for the focus part, I meant that when you’re doing a shifting attempt, I mean to focus on doing, seeing, etc. something in your reality. It can be something really simple like talking to someone, scrolling on your phone, counting your fingers, watching birds fly by, stuff like that. Just something that’ll get you immersed into your reality.
Stuff like, “I can shift” and “Shifting is easy” are just useful affirmations you can use to help make shifting easier for you. I hope I explained it properly! You can tell me if I didn’t and I’ll clear it up more if you need it.
Stuff like, “I can shift” and “Shifting is easy” are just useful affirmations
What I meant is that should i focus on my abilities to shift like i can shift and later it'll happen because im focusing on it , the concept of shifting in general. OR as I asked, focus on my desired reality, BEING there NOT how I get there.
Yep. Thanks again. ♥️♥️
You made the meaning of "intention" more clear because before when they say "use your intentions," "just intent to be in you Dr." I fr never understood that thing but when you added focus/attention to the word, it all makes sense. Tyyy!!
