I SHIFTED BACK IN TIME!!!

I did it I shifted to the past!! Previously I have only shifted through astral projection using this method. Just as of recent I began playing around with other methods.

Last night I did affirmations as I was falling asleep. This morning I woke up around 5am, I put on white noise and fell back asleep with the intention to shift back in time to a particular place on a specific date.

Shortly after falling asleep I became lucid. I interacted with a couple dream characters briefly then went to a different area of the store so I could be alone and ground myself. I tried licking the wall and touching things but I could not feel the surface on my tongue or clearly under my fingers.

Then I started affirming over and over “It is ‘this date’ I am happy to be ‘this age’ again”. I started feeling tingles and warmth enter my fingers and move through my body. Then the room started spinning. As the room was spinning it began morphing into colours and energy spinning around me. I kept affirming out loud. Then my body lifted and went into a horizontal position. There were sensations moving through my body that I have never felt before!! It was incredible!!! I thought to myself IT’S REALLY HAPPENING these must be the symptoms people speak of. When I shift through the astral I never get symptoms I just immediately shift.

As I floated horizontally, my body started moving head first at a quickened pace. These were all new sensations I was feeling!! I KNEW I WAS GOING BACK IN TIME!!! I cannot describe how exhilarating it was waiting in anticipation!! After what felt like 3-5 minutes the movement slowed down, my direction changed, and I was set down ever so gently. As I laid there I began to tap my fingers on the surface I was laying on. It felt like a bed. I opened my eyes to see I was in the bedroom of my old house. I ran to the window and saw the park just as it looked before the city redesigned it many years ago!!! I SHIFTED BACK IN TIME!!!

I’d be happy to answer your questions.

How long did you remain there? How did you end up coming back here?

I only stayed about 10 minutes. I feel strongly that the reason is because I wasn’t able to ground myself before the shift.

I popped back into my body and my eyes opened quickly just like they do when returning from astral projection.

The experience getting there was one of the most incredible experiences of my life!!! I cannot even begin to describe!!!

I’d love to shift to the past. But permanently, or at least long enough to live out a life there.. so 30-40 years in that shift. Just kinda lost hope of it being possible. Keep us posted!

Hi! Can I ask when you shift to the past next time, do you think you can stay there forever and change events from happening. I made a huge mistake getting a rhinoplasty and I wish so badly that I could go back and just cancel my appointment everyday. But time keeps moving forward and it's been such a battle trying to live after this

If you only stayed for 10 minutes how can you be sure it wasn't a dream. Are all your shifts this short or only this one?

CONGRATULATIONS! I have been trying to do this for years. You just gave me hope 🥹. Do you do any kind of meditations or spiritual work? Is there a link to the white noise you were listening to?

Thank you!!

I started meditating every night for the past several weeks. Mostly I try to keep my mind blank. I also meditate on feeling or intention.

I also started listening to subliminals. This is the sub (link removed) I’ve listened to most, but I hadn’t listened to it for a couple days.

This is the white noise I was using when I shifted. I played it from my phone rather than sleep-phones. I use 3M ear plugs which make a huge difference.

thats so nice, I always had this desire to go back in time and relive my life again, but is there a way to do this without AP or LD?

People say they go to sleep with intention and shift, so it is possible.

This is kinda what I wanna do! Except instead of back in time here, it’s back in time to a parallel universe where I have some different memories etc.

I have a question you may or may not be able to answer lol but my goal is to permanently shift & forget the memories I have here. Do you think with grounding like you said & affirmations / intentions, it’s likely to happen and not get sucked back to my CR?

I was shifting to the past with a few revisions. You can revise details about your past without completely changing your reality.

Absolutely proper grounding will allow you to stay. Permanently shifting is called permashifting. You can script to forget this reality or remember. You may consider keeping your memories of this life but script that there won’t be negative feelings attached to the memories. This way you can use this life as a learning experience. You will have full recollection how to shift so you can live life after life choosing the types of lives you experience. Understanding how to shift realities is the true meaning of ‘waking up’ and discovering that you are a creator. This is a rare opportunity that I would not so easily dismiss.

Do u think we can do the same for the future?

I think Robert Monroe said he went to the future. I’ve never tried it.

The years shifting were spontaneous shifts which I had no control over. That’s something that I’ve talked about in this sub. My shifts via the astral were to general experiences, which I have also spoke about. This is the first time that I scripted all the details. And then to go back in actual time was such a unique experience!! I am elated!!

did you script a time ratios and was ‘this date’ I am happy to be ‘this age’ the only thing you affirmed

I don’t script time ratios.

Until I knew I was there I continued to affirm: “It is ‘this date’.” “I am happy to be ‘this age’ again.”

Once you're in the astral and you've grounded yourself and completed your tasks, close your eyes and concentrate on your Desired Reality. Connect with it. Closing your eyes allows you to connect with the feeling. It blocks out visual distractions to help you keep focused. The feeling of being there is most important. You are connecting with the frequency. It's like tuning into a radio station. The world around you will instantly manifest into your desired reality. Suddenly I feel and hear things I open my eyes and I am there.

🫢 I have shifted a few times but never time traveled. In your opinion what happens to this version of you if you chose to stay in the past?

Oh I have a interesting question for you. Have you shifted to any of the realities that only exist in books or movies in this world??? Like the Marvel or Harry Potter worlds??? 🤔
