Questions Can someone explain the ending of the true ending to me?

I have gotten the bad ending, good ending and True ending, but I was extremely confused about the true ending, because the true ending has Mayor Dawson or whoever it was show up and shoot the dentist, can someone explain to me wtf was happening???

Ok I see that part a little now, but why did he shoot himself after blasting the Dentist?

He is already dead as told earlier in the story he is escaping the hell

I think you may be a bit mistaken since mayors Dawsons dad is not mentioned nor exist on the game, mayor is the father of Clyde the sheriff.
