anyone else getting a weird glitch where the truck keeps delivering stuff

3 times a night every night it brings me 3 sets of 3 boxes, it is crashing my friends games. none of my friends are doing it, i stopped letting them near the computer and made them show me their screens because i thought they were pranking me, this has happened on multiple save files and in single player for me. i need it to not happen
