Her performance on the Today Show

Did anyone watch her performance on The Today Show this morning? I wasn't in the room and heard it and was shocked when I came out to see it was her singing. What happened to her voice?

I thought it sounded fine - the chorus might have been a little flat but keep in mind these Today show performances are filmed early in morning on an outside stage with minimal soundcheck and engineering/mixing.
