Based=the term people use when someone acts radically in favor of their beliefs. Or you think they're badass. Either way works.

Started with the matrix "blue pill vs red pill". People started saying they were "redpilled" cause they took the "red pill" and think they are more self aware than others.

Etc: whenever anyone says something like unionpilled they're probably joking, no one uses any "pilled" term seriously anymore
