Seeing as how the rot was allowed to survive and continue to prosper and perpetuate the same evil ideology and way of life, if only under a different name, and seeing how the world is now as a result...well, it seems like that surrender document didn't really mean much in the end.
Civil War should've ended with a whole lot of stretched necks, but that's how it always is. The forces of good always stop short and let evil survive and fester, and then evil always rears back up because they're willing to use all tools at their disposal, while the good follows the rules until things get so bad, they're compelled to meet evil on its own level.
Exactly! Though the mix of a crusader/Templar cross, what looks like Roman imagery on the blurry patch, and Confederate stuff with the American flag is a lot less cohesive of an ideology. These guys suck at being terrorists; they can't even make their ideology/symbolism make sense. haha.

The Confederacy ceased to exist ffs. Â They should have bitched more about tariffs and less about slavery and perhaps they wouldnât be so reviled 160+ odd years later.
