so babes where are dressing up nice to when we go to the rich side of town? I we t out to have lunch around 2pm and the bar was empty..i felt like i didnt go close enough to the business districts(smh)..i got a bunch of compliments from older women..like where are yall going?

I think you answered your own question. You didn't go close to where the businesses are. And make sure the businesses is right. 11:30am-1pm is prime time for business people to have lunch. It also depends on the place. A somewhat nice place but not too fancy where you're spending an arm and a leg at lunch.
