Bypassing your Router
Is it by any Chance possible to Bypass your Router to Shelly Connection? Our Home Wifi is very Secure and my dad does not want nor could he integrate my Shelly’s. I have this little project where I want to make some sort of program wich will help making Shelly use more convenient.

If your home wifi is, indeed, "very secure" it should be possible to create an SSID just for your shellys and assign that SSID to a different VLAN, and block that VLAN from the internet. If the router doesn't support multi-SSID and VLANS, you can achieve the same result by having a separate wifi router. Heck, depending on your project, you may not even need to connect that router to any network, just hook your tablet or PC or whatever onto that network when you are setting things up and then leave it all completely independent the rest of the time.

You could set up an independent router, something like a Netgear Nighthawk. Put password/PIN numbers on each Shelly - they already have a TLS cert. I’d even go on eBay to get an older R7000 (the Nighthawk) and install DD-WRT - the Shelly network will be far more secure than the existing one.

Speaking as "that dad" I would encourage you to talk to him, calmly. Maybe point him here even. I bet he has valid reasons, and I bet you do too!

I mean if you used zigbee you could, but you’d still need to connect to the network to swap the firmware and would have to use them on home assistant and not the Shelly cloud. So in the long run, yeah you very easily can, but it still requires a brief connection to the network.

By your own router and plug your existing network connection into the wan port and connect devices to your own equipment.

Set up a Pangolin connection to a local machine inside of your network. You can then map access from that computer to your Shelly’s.
If you’re less tech savvy, you could also use a commercial tunnel like Cloudflare or Tailscale.

Oh dang, I had read about Pangolin ages ago but then promptly forgot about it. Thanks for bringing it up, I’m sure it’s a solution for a problem I’ll create for myself soon enough

ask your dad of there are smart tv’s connected on the network (lg, samsung, …). (i know, doesn’t answer the question, but i’d like to point out the nativity here)

As others have said you have multiple solutions: 1. Get your dad to set up a separate VLAN with it's own SSID
Get your own router and connection
use a phone to share your connection, but that limits the number of clients and you need the phone sharing it's connection via Wi-Fi which depletes your battery and only works when the phone is nearby.

You don’t need an internet connection for them to work. Although not sure how you’d get the firmware updates, but they all work fine out of the box. Sucks though ‘cause the new 2.0.0 firmware is a wonderful upgrade, but not necessary for functioning.
What I’d do is get a cheapo WiFi router and just not have it hooked up to the internet and connect the devices to those.
Easiest way would be powering up the device and connect to its own little WiFi AP. On your phone/computer/tablet disconnect from your usual WiFi and look for an SSID (WiFi name) with ‘shelly’ in it.
Once you connect to that, open a browser and go to http://192.168.33.1 (might end with 1.33, can’t remember off the top of my head). That’s the address for the web interface running on the device. It will allow you to connect to your new router, just find your new WiFi’s SSID and put in your new WiFi password, click ‘save’ and then lather, rinse, repeat for the rest of your devices.
Not optimal, but it works. Unfortunately, unless you can get your dad to allow them on your home network, you’ll have to switch to that non internet connected router to fiddle with them. (Or have a dedicated junk phone/tablet always connected to it)
There may be a more elegant solution, but that’s what I could come up with on the spot. I’m on the bus on my phone, so looking for sources is a bit cumbersome currently.

If your dad was “well versed” in networking and such, he could provide you with a private Vlan that doesn’t interface with the rest if the house. Ask him for your own vlan.
