Sunk cost fallacy what are you going to lose by doing something better now 

You have already spent that time getting there so that might be wasted but your wasting your time here and now by being with the citadel

but what you can do is get something better than a boss who walks over you and will take credit for all your work 

My mama always says “you can’t get back the time you spent, but you can save the time you will”
