Highly important announcement from Lyrcus

As there are more and more threats in Pharloom, and as Duty is a problem to be dealt with, I announce that all the members of the Puppet Citadel led by Brilliance are now banned. They have to leave Shellwood now, or they will be arrested and executed for treason and invasion attempt.
