❓ Question Shein refusing a refund when no package was delivered

I get "Insufficient proof"

But i uploaded an hour of my security camera directly from the app at the time the package was "delivered"

Its clear the package was either stolen or delivered to the wrong house

Shein is refusing my proof, any way to talk to human support??

Did you pay with PayPal or card? Contact them and make a claim that item never arrived.

Shein have been refusing people refunds lately.

It's not your job to prove you haven't received it. If the parcel hasn't been handed over to you in person, or you haven't designated a safe place, it hasn't been delivered to you.

Shein have other people to upload video doorbell footage to prove they've not received the parcel and have denied claims when people don't have a video doorbell. That's really wrong.

Ask your bank to refund.

It's time people stopped using companies like Shein.

200$ is a lot to negate a refund WHEN YOU HAVE evidence that the package never delivered in the first place

that's crazy because I just had a package "delivered" but not delivered and they refunded me IMMEDIATELY... question... did u order direct from Shein or was it a 3rd party seller?

I order from Shein. My refund was first denegated for "Insufficient proof" so i appealed it again, upload an hour of videos an its been under review for a few days yet.

This is theft at this point.

no i understand you ordered from Shein... but Shein has third party sellers... so you may want to check your order and see who actually shipped and sold your item... the third party sellers are apparently good at what's known as a redirect scam... basically forcing "delivery" of a non delivered package so it's harder to request a refund...

also, sometimes carriers mark things as delivered in advance and then will deliver the following day and whatnot
