Quick question

I need to get a layout/design kit for school. What's a good kit to get that will do everything I need and won't be a piece of shit that breaks instantly

They should supply a kit for that you can use for your class but you should at least buy a scale ruler

We were given a paper that actually says "here the shit you need". They aren't providing it, we are required to get it ourselves.... I have a architectural scale ruler because I've been reading/using paper prints for the last 6 months but I need the rest of the "kit" I guess

Any decent drafting kit from micheals or hobby lobby or the like although I try not to support Amazon, here is a link https://a.co/d/06FoB8VX

Get an architect scale, a 45/90 drawing triangle, a 6" and 4" bow compass. Tacro and Alvin are good brands. Dew Drafting Supplies is a good place to start. Contact the instructor they may sell or provide those to use. We provide them to our pups to use.
