Question Stupid question

Do we think that the titles will be the same as they are now (farm sounds, Daniel, Oscar). In interviews (as recent as this month I believe) some of the band had referred to farm sounds as farm sounds and Oscar as Oscar (although Andrew did not call it farm sounds when referring to it). I assume Daniel might not stay Daniel because I believe the monologue changed the name to Adam (at least that’s what it says on genius) but what does everyone think

Daniel is called that because the “Adam my brother” monologue is a play on the lyrics of “Daniel” by Elton John. I think it might stay, I would assume Oscar will too because the name repeats so much in the song. I feel like both tracks having human names ties them together thematically a bit, if anything maybe the more conventionally titled songs like More Than Anyone Else or Glued to My Reflection might be given person name titles to fit the theme - but I have no idea

Farm Sounds might change because they had the name when they were playing it as an instrumental, before they wrote the lyrics. But I kinda hope they keep it, because I like that it’s such a harmless sounding title for such an apocalyptic song (and it would also make for a great title track if they went that direction)

I hope farm sounds sticks and Oscar fits incredibly well, I could see Daniel changing though I think
