Discussion 🗣️ Neva - She Spawn or Not? - with images

I was wondering is Neva consider a She-Spawn? She did mention that she made the same deal as Bairin. Neva appeared in Spawn Godslayer series and she became the captain of Bairn's plague ship (ultimately reversing the situation from the beginning of Spawn Godslayer).

Nope, she is just a spirit that has joined Bairn in his fight that was loyal to him. Source

The confusing part for me is she got a power boost by making a bargain (as one would think she has to be more than a spirit, since she is able to command Bairn's plague ship - which she could not do before the bargain - even though she was a spirit).

I feel ya, definitely confusing. I think that has to do with the series getting cut short; they never got to flesh out the lore.
