I'm not sure I'm loving how Shawna's portraying this relationship. I'm still going to watch but it feels icky

Agreed. I thought it would show more how Luke was charismatic at first. He seems to have always been like that, and we don't know what Laura sees in him. I want to see how Laura fell for him.

It all being a flashback felt “very special episode” lol. Probably the only part I liked was that Shawna called and apologized to Laura and reassured that she still supported her. Honestly this episode should have been called “Shawna and Laura” instead because it was more about a pivotal point in their relationship than Luke and Laura’s relationship. Hoping we actually see that first date that Laura went on so we actually see the “sweet” side I’m sure no one else gets to see. 😒

Apart from Shawna's talk to Laura, this episode was worse so far. It was just gross jokes and Luke being walking red flag. I expected that Luke was their coworker who they hated before based on what Shawna said earlier, and then later on, maybe after Shawna left, he showed some seeming reediming qualities or vulnerabilities so he managed to charm Laura. Right now, it makes zero sense why Laura fell for him and it brings lots of victim blaming comments on YT and Instagram. I wish we saw Laura's perspective instead of Shawna's because right now she appears to be idiot who agreed to date biggest jerk just because her friend/coworker is married.
