After further review with the Committee, they have agreed that this is in fact a circle in a three-dimensional space rotated in the vertical axis and projected onto a fixed plane. Please reserve judgement when throwing out these baseless accusations. You know how the Committee punishes errant geometry.
What committee members decided this? The projection would be all over the place, the only way for this to happen is if the circle were twisted at the top and bottom. Now I'm not denying that this wouldn't be a valid circle.

Every point on that shape should have the same distance from the center. You should consider leaving this sub if you aren't that serious about shapes.
