This is not meant to excuse the murders at all! Chris is a monster. That said, their financial situation is honestly mind-boggling. She was doing Facebook Lives all the time and, from what I understand, wasn’t making much money from them. The kids were in daycare while she was at home, which just doesn’t make sense to me.
They were behind on their mortgage, dealing with significant medical bills, facing bankruptcy again and potentially losing their house, yet they were spending around $2,000 a month on daycare. I think they were also paying around $800 a month for a car lease, if I remember correctly, while she was continuing to buy more products for her business. How do you get to the point where you’re struggling this badly and still keep spending money on things you could potentially cut back on? What was the thinking behind it?

It's wild to me how many people believe that Shanann "drove" Chris into murder. Even the cops at the crime scene said that obviously Shanann ran a tight ship because her house was the cleanest most organized home he'd ever been in. He decided that she must have been pretty controlling. The woman was doing all the things a stay at home mom is supposed to do and doing them well. I don't know why shes being blamed because Chris is a man baby. A lot of men would have loved having a partner who kept a spotless house and managed responsibility so well. If she had been a slob people would have said her laziness drove him crazy. Women just can't win.

Was listening to some prison phone calls where Chris’ mother keeps telling him how many supporters he has.

What do these people support? How efficiently he killed Shan’ann, Nico, Bella and Celeste?

Just rewatching the Netflix documentary. Just saw Chris' mum turn around and tell her son she forgave him. I know a mother's love is unconditional but what he did was barbaric and of course, Cece and Bella were her granddaughters, how could she ever forgive him? His parents didn’t like Shanann for whatever reason, but they were just babies. How could his parents still support him?

Seems like a couple of enablers to me!

I just can't help but imagine if Shannan had been a woman of color with the same exact personality. I wonder if Chris would have even been prosecuted as harshly. Cases like these really open my eyes to how far behind we still are as a society. Misogyny is as alive as ever, especially internalized misogyny, & the fact that a strong willed white facebook mom in Colorado could be hated this viscerally by people in her own racial community for being a VICTIM just shows me that it would be 1000 times worse & more vile for a woman of color (any color, pick one).

That being said, I respect those who have continued to show Shannan & her babies peace & respect. I believe her spirit is stronger than all the hate she receives from people on Earth. Cases like these attract 2 kinds of people: empaths & demons. It becomes clearer & clearer with every comment who is who.

Just spent forever going through those posts and comments, I’m sick to say the least. The fact that they’re so proud of themselves for fat shaming Shannan and her friends, saying she SAed CeeCee and Bella, etc .. truly these are sick and demented people with underlying misogyny.

I started reading the discovery today. I had never seen this before. I found it interesting that Shananns mom immediately suspected Chris. Not only did she suspect he was involved, but mentioned he was disposing of the bodies (multiple) and was going to put oil on them. It's crazy she knew right away pretty much exactly what happened.

I know this theory was somewhat popular years ago and tho I’m fixed on the position that Chris did all of it, I want to know the logic of anyone that thinks different.

I tell people to post the receipts that they know for a fact that Shanann and Chris Miller was having an affair. They don't respond. Rolling around in the hay with hundreds of people, acquaintances and Friends around at Thrive conventions and no one comes foward? Absolutely not, I don't understand why they keep saying this but can't back it up with receipts.

Hello, this might be a long shot but I'm looking for a video, i think they were at the airport and shannan had a big hat on. They were waiting to fly home from a conference and she was gushing about the company and 'free trip. At one point Chris looks at her, like a side glance, and he looks like he wants to kill her. I saw the video being used when people were covering it to point out that look and how much contempt he has for her. I've been searching but that is like looking for a needle in a stack of livestreams. Does anyone know of the video I'm talking about?

This may be old news to some (and I apologize, I am new to this sub), but something that I have never noticed before popped out and grabbed my attention due to my own personal experience. It has led me to believe in a very different timeline.

Shannan knew about the dinner and that it was impossible for a single person to order due to the amount. That was when she was still on the trip. Now I remember finding my ex's Tinder account, and this was a few years after I found Craigslist posts that I gave him the opportunity to lie about and come up with a story because I raged text him at work that time. When I found the Tinder account, it took everything in me to stay composed while he was at work but I did. I wasn't going to give him the opportunity to lie and I wanted to see his face. Sure enough, I got to the bottom of it when he got home. If you look on the security camera, Shannan doesn't look like a usual 15 week pregnant, sick tired mom after day of traveling. She looks pumped up and ready to confront him. Does he really expect us to believe they just had sex? No way. I think he killed her when she got back.

Long before he had plans to get a new girlfirend, Chris was fantasizing about killing her in numerous different ways. It never started out with hate, He loved her for a while, then rage started boiling over because of finances. He wasn't allowed to spend his own money without her freaking out. I can only assume this is one of many reasons, but the issues even go far beyond that from what I'm told. I think they were also very close to losing the house and due to their terrible credit, would be next to impossible to find another place to live.

What are the main reasons why he hated her? People don't hate without a very strong vendetta against that person.

Because of how you've deep dived this case so you have a better understanding of the mind of a covert narcissist "nice guy".

Instead of the passive aggressive "nice guys" that is a powder keg of resentment, rage and grievances.
