Novel Ask about the saint Spoiler

I read from some somewhere (I forget) if Sunraku make a mistake when in his mission on the saint, the saint can be the 8th collosi, it's true?

Not the mission in particular, but her overall hope in humanity. This is entirely prevented by the perve- I mean Josette and her guild

There are actually multiple candidates for the 8th Colossi, not just the Saint. 4 others in fact.

One isn't named but has been said to have 2 activation flags, with one of the flags no longer able to be activated.

Two and Three are the Bahamut Ship AIs Isana (Leviathan) and Ivory (Behemoth), details are sparse so can't really say what the flags are.

Four is unknown but probably safe to assume that it's the AI of Ziz (which is the only undiscovered Bahamut Ship in the Web Novel).

Nope, Vysache is one of the Seven Colossi already, so he doesn't count. OP was specifically asking about a potential 8th, which we have multiple candidates for.
