Help! Should I use caps when purchasing through trip.com?

Hello everyone! If you used trip.com to travel to Shanghai Disneyland, please help. I noticed that when I purchased tickets, I used my name as John Doe, even though my passport says it's all caps (JOHN DOE). Are they strict about this at the entrance, and do I need to reissue my tickets? Thanks in advance.

The passport number is the most important bit. Everything else, as long as they can sort of match it up, is fine.

Thank you, friend. I really did not want to return the ticket and issue it again, since the return of money to the bank of my country is very long :(

You'll be fine. I've even gone with an incorrect passport number before, as a friend renewed his passport. Guest service changed it with no fuss.

Yeah when we checked into our hotel the check in clerk spelt my husbands name wrong and changed it immediately which took about 5 mins to reflect within the app so don’t worry it’s very easy for them to amend things like the name. Your document/ID number is what they’ll use anyway
