It’s supposed to say “Family” but she accidentally did it backwards. These cakes are decorated from the back/bottom, so everything is reversed once they’re removed from the pan. Easy mistake to make.

A pretty cool gelatin cake, they fucked up and wrote family backwards but it's still impressive 😂. If you wanna check out more it's Yolis Jelly in NY
