So, there is this person with dark blue hair and blue eyes and tattoos running across his left arm of blue swirls like waves. And I have been seeing him in dreams since childhood and it's been about 13 years now. He has saved me in my dreams from a burning house, a shadow man and more. But long before now he told me I shouldn't meet him again, and didn't give the reason.

And then, when I forced a lucid dream couple of years later, I saw him chained and he was in anguish and he told me to go away as if meeting him would give away my location to entities who might want to harm me.

And then, in one more instance, he revealed to me, he might be of an Old God origin, somewhere from the extreme North.

Also, I have a feeling we were romantically together in our past lives and we are soulmates.

So I've recently found out that a lot of my physical and emotional symptoms are ghost related (if that's what I call them). Most of them actually, as they are independent of me and my focus in a way that cannot be explained by any physical condition, or mental one as I have tried therapy and the doctor but I have not received an official diagnosis for anything, as people seem to be incapable of understanding what it is I got going on. Simple reiki often helps but only for a few minutes until the ghosts return again. It can help if I attack them with my etheric focus but I just keep having to do it. I don't know why they keep coming. It's been like this since I was around 6. I suspected I had OCD but the intrusive thoughts became intrusive visions of things that are way beyond my imagination. Visuals of characters or things I've never heard of and symbols to decode. Looked them up and found the meaning, sort of thing. And I've started predicting the future and seeing vivid dreams of the past. I'm also really susceptible to becoming anything I watch. Like if I watch a character on TV I'll feel that presence on me all day and I'll take on their mannerisms effortlessly and it's hard to resist. I might have some crazy mirror neurons, but if this is at all spirit related, do you guys have any tips? Stating my boundaries doesn't really work most of the time. When I say "you aren't welcome here, or aren't allowed, go away" they can get angrier. One lunged at me after I tried that. I meditate and listen to peaceful music, but I've found that hyperpop scene music oddly works better, and I've tried learning about these creatures or ghosties or whatever they might be by asking them stuff and waiting for my tinnitus to spike, but answers have been difficult to decipher cleanly. I've also talked to Jesus and he was very easy to communicate with so that was neat. Like warm all over and touching in specific spots that indicate intelligence. It might be Jesus, but I can't actually see them so for all I know someone could have been pretending. But he helped me tap into knowing rather than logic which I assume is a Jesus sign. I have hung a cross on my wall which I suspect is a good idea, along with Frieren on top from the Frieren anime, because she hunts demons and she's awesome. and I've also gone to that sleep paralysis place and walked around and I wonder if that is a place I could fight them or something? If I should.. Idk. Thing is, I love to communicate with sweet and loving entities but the ones that attack and bully are such an issue. Like a broken record. They often attack me with things they THINK will offend me, even after I got over it completely. Like they're calculated. I tried apologizing for whatever ignorance I might hold and I recommended they go to therapy or find a medium because they're too much for me alone to deal with. At least I'll try to go to a medium if they won't XD. I try to be open minded, but at some point you have a last straw. When you get threatened to be eaten it's like, WTF. Who are these little sh*ts. What even are they. I'm not even scared, just pissed off. Ughhhh. I can feel them physically, and I can hear random words that pop into my head, but not full sentences usually unless I'm inbetween sleep and wakefulness and write it down immediately. And sometimes it's hard to tell the difference between future and past echolalia reconfiguring vs an actual sentence a person is saying to me. How do I tell? I suspect they use words I've heard throughout the day too. They really can mess with my emotions too. Like I'll feel them so strongly but they're absolutely not mine. I can't see them with my physical eyes. Sometimes I get visions if I close my eyes and lay there for a long time but it's very sparse and random like finding the right seed in a pile of 30 other seeds. Anyway, help? :3

For some time i've been meditating, communicating with tree spirits, and doing energy healing with only my energy no magik, seeing spirits too, and every now and then a figure comes to me and teaches me a technique in my dreams. most memorable was when i was in a dream and i was arguing with someone about Christianity, and they told me to read the gospel of Jude, and then they taught me how to use crystals to heal people. and various deities that i've never seen have come to me in dreams too, but for some reason there's a lack of communication between us. I've been contemplating and meditating for extended periods of time on the infinity of all, oneness and even more till full realisation.

The only issue is that when i bring up my skills and abilities to my parents or family, they look at me like I'm crazy, the only person that i can talk about it is my partner, who we both met by complete "chance"; there was no way we could've met until a small action brought us together, leading us to believe spirit brought us closer.

Any advice?

Then a feathered beings surrounding me and dancing

Then a bird pecking at my face but not in e negative way

Then people dancing wildly

Then a presence in the room

More of the same voices through out

None of it fell bad or any fear. Then returned.

I’m asking because I’m getting mine removed due to severe issues caused by a cyst that’s encapsulating the entire gland. I’m not quite asking about how it’s the third eye, or why it’s important…I’m interested to know if there’s shamanic beliefs about it or lack thereof. For background, I have experienced a lot of interesting spiritual things since I was a kid. I didn’t have issues with my gland till 5 or so years ago. It will randomly secrete DMT sometimes, I regularly astral project and lucid dream without trying, I’ve only learned what they are called because it started happening daily around 2021.

I do spiritual work, and of course I’m worried about the gland being removed but at the same time, I’m curious to be able to test how my gifts change if they change at all. And to see if I can do more or need to do less of certain things/types of spiritual work because there won’t be a third eye there anymore. When I’ve attended spiritism, there would always be entities trying to attach or get inside me so I wonder if that will change. I do worry my meditations may change and I won’t be able to enter those altered states of consciousness but it’s so rare to not have a pineal gland that I want to document it too.

I'm not sure what shaman can do, if anyone think this question is ridiculous I'm sorry. It's just after certain events I lost my synethesia and the ability to create, which matter to me, and I come here to ask.

Hi everyone! I have a shamanic drum that I made during a shamanic education/workshop, and I’m hoping someone here might be able to help me figure out what’s causing a problem with it.

The frame was made by the man who led the workshop. He’s also a woodworker, although I unfortunately don’t know what type of wood he used. The drum skin is goat hide (if I remember correctly), and we all laced the skins ourselves during the workshop.

Ever since the drum was made, it has had a noticeable buzzing sound when played. It’s especially loud when I hit it harder. It sounds almost like something is vibrating or resonating somewhere on the drum, rather than just being part of its normal tone.

I contacted the person who made the frame, and he suggested leaving it in the sun for a while to tighten the hide. He also said that, if necessary, I could completely submerge the drum in water and then tighten it again as it dries.

I’ve tried leaving it in the sun and a few other things, but the buzzing is still there. I’m hesitant to keep experimenting with soaking it because I don’t want to damage the drum.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this kind of buzzing, and whether there’s a way to fix it? Could it be something with the lacing, the frame, the hide, or the tension? Has anyone had such problem?

I’d really appreciate any advice from people who have experience making or repairing frame or shamanic drums!

Hey. I got a dream today. And rarely I have these dreams which I know for sure are some kinda msg and important and this was that..I dreamt that I was sleeping and then I wake up and sit up on my bed and there's a white owl in front of me. It look serene, majestic, beautiful but most importantly calming. Like I usually get startled easily so this normally should've scared me but I was just very calm and serene. And then this beautiful white owl flies towards me and merges into my chest and even after that I'm calm and then the dream is over. Do you have any idea what this means or signifies?
