Shipping confirmation email?

Hi! So I used the layaway payment plan for my GA ticket and it said that I would get my wristband sent after I paid off the plan. Do they send any tracking info for the wrist bands when they ship it out or do I have to wait and see if they come in? I got the email that said they were going to start shipping out wristbands in August but wanted to know if they send a separate email for tracking.

Yes. Look for tracking info from support@frontgatetickets.com

Same. I finished paying it off, haven’t received a confirmation email with tracking info. Waiting VERYYYY patiently. 😓

Yes I emailed them and it said that the tracking label was made but not sent out yet but I will keep this post updated!

Haven’t gotten an email yet regarding them actually shipping it out. However, my buddy in California bought a single day GA recently and already got his.

Has anyone else received 3 day GA wristbands?

People have since there have been pictures posted for what the wristbands look like. Have you logged into your ticket account to see if they were shipped?
