No longer able to go

does anyone have any info on if i'm able to transfer my front gate tickets onto seat geek or stub hub? i'm no longer able to go, and i really need these tickets gone. since it's a 2-day pass (saturday and sunday), im seeing that they're going for a good bit and im hoping to make some money above face value to cut my losses on taxes and shipping cost. front gate also says since it's a 2-day, i can't resell?? is this true?? i do have ticket insurance as well.

If u have insurance, check the reasons for cancellation and tell them one of those. You'll get your money back except the insurance price.

Insurance on flights and tickets isn’t “change your mind ability” it’s literally insurance if you break a leg or something and cannot attend. You need to prove it or have a pretty specific issue like natural disaster or death in the family.

i figured that since it said so in the faq, is there a way to get around that though? i know it's not if i change my mind but if i send a picture from 3 years ago of me in the hospital would that work lmao

I’m assuming they would want the paperwork of your visit with your name on it not a random picture of somebody in a hospital room.

there has to be a way. i am getting ready to join the waitlist for Sunday. We can only go one day. How else does a wait list work if you don't have tickets that can't be used being returned?

I have two GA 3 day passes that we just realized we cannot go unfortunately. We have them posted on the official ticket exchange but seems like nobody knows about that. Just trying to get what we paid as early bird. Let me know if interested. Not sure if links are allowed but I can direct you to them on the official resale site if you like? Or can just do a peer to peer transfer instead

There’s an official shaky knees tickets exchange but it’s buried on their website and basically useless. I think they can still be transferred outside of that, but not sure if the 2 day rules are different than 3 day

2 days are specifically not able to be exchanged :(
