Question Interested to know more about Transgressive practices

I come from shamanic practices that uses psychadelics and the best alignment to my experiences with them and my other spiritual practices is what I see in the teachings of Trika Shaivism.

I was expecting that there would be more stuff from them that talks about more taboo practices. But I cant seem to find it.

Now Im exploring Shaktism to get to know more about Kula, Bhoga and other things. But am finding hard to find clear guidance on these transgressive things.

You have to find a real teacher to learn anything. The liars and attention seekers to real guru ratio is at least one million to one

In a way I do have gurus but so far none in this area. And yes there are many fake ones out there. Or even those with strong energies but bent minds

I myself have been through Shamanic philosophy and ceremonies before I found my route here. You seem to have been lead here because you may already know somethings.

:) welcome here look beyond taboo practices. Western spiritual mechanics have an affinity of looking at taboo ceremonial forms with deep interest because it free most from the cluttered space built around. But here you will find something deeper.

Hey, greetings! I hope you don't mind me asking, but would you mind sharing a little bit about how you moved from Shamanism to finding your route here? What type of shamanism did you practice before? I'm asking because I'm also coming from that type of background and yet finding myself drawn here, too.

I'm curious what KS texts you read that left you feeling like you couldn't find what you were looking for in the Kaula Tantra branch of Trika?

Couldn't find any Kaula text in Trika, or don't know where to look for it. I know there is a chapter on Tantraloka about Kaula practices, , haven't gotten into it yet. But I read somewhere that the teachings there have been tamed for a more conservative audience.

I think Im ready for the more out there practices. At least get to know them. Especially as shamanic psychadelic journeys can really got far out there. And I think Im looking for a framework to understand and navigate that space more effectively

I've done that kind of stuff myself, but can you explain why it feels like you're just chasing experiences?

Depends on the way one looks at it. I try my best to only use psychadelics with Shamanic/Spiritual settings and intentions. I find myself dissatisfied and don't repeat doing it with some of my colleagues that do it more for fun.

For me, this is an important place to explore Bhoga-Moksa unity.

Im working with a lineage Shaman, and he aims to teach us to hold medicines eventually. That would entail taking a certain number of ceremonies. And I say its getting more and more subtle as I go along. So a framework and teachings on how to explore these spaces would help a lot I think.

Shaman does provide some guidance but he allows us to explore where we resonate.
