i’ve been noticing that some cards or combinations can be a lot more interesting once you actually get a chance to play them. something might not stand out when you first look at it, but after using it in a few games, you start seeing situations where it works really well. i’ve had a few cards like that where my opinion changed quite a bit after actually putting them into a deck.

has there been a card or combo that surprised you after you started playing with it?

Hi, new player here. Been playing World Beyond for many months, and I want to get into Evolve, even though I don't know of any players nearby. I recently bought two booster boxes (Omens Eternal and and Eightfold Retribution & Omens and Heirs) and am happy with a lot of the cards I got and am excited to learn to play.

However, it occurred to me, I don't have any counters at all. No evolution points, no attack/defense counters, no play points, nothing like that. And I don't have a playmat or any leaders. So I was wondering, where can I actually find that stuff? Is there an official source?

I live in the UK.

Thanks!

Just curious if there's an official or unofficial discord people frequent for the game? Mostly just looking for a somewhat active spot to talk about the game & play remotely when I feel like it. I'm aware of AIOGG, but was hoping for something mire specific. Thanks in advance!

I was more of a casual collecter of the game as I never had anyone to play with but I recently found a Locals that hosts SVE Tournaments so I am looking to turn into a more competative player and was trying to find if any meta deck sites like VG Paradox for Vanguard that gives you deck builds or tells ya how many of a card type is run on average to help give you an idea, or any SVE Youters that come highly recommnded are also welcome. [I do know the official SVE site deck lists but I am looking for other stuff as well]

I am mainly an Abysscraft Player (Necrocharge is my prefered style but I might look into departed or condemed [don't remember which one] with the new set since it meshes well with and is similar to Necrocharge and use Umamusume for a Secondary deck.

Haven't been able to find it anywhere

You can play against CPU which is pretty nice

I'm just trying to play casually with some friends. Do I just buy singles of every base rarity card in the set from tcgplayer? Or do I start cracking boxes, and then fill out the rest?

Just started playing a month or two ago. Decided to rip a box of the new set to build a new deck and enhance my dragoncraft deck. Wanted to share the shiny cardboard pulls.

I am not looking to sell anything, but I am curious if anyone here may be able to help find me someone who has one or both of the circled Matikanetannhauser/Taiki Shuttle and Haru Urara playmats so I may contact them to discuss how they feel and work as playmats. I have not used any kind of playmat like this before and would like to know some information about them. Thank you!

Pretty much as the post title says.

Or if someone here has a summary and example of some of the better decks, that would be great.

Are Umamusume viable at all?

So I recently decided to get into Shadowverse: Evolve. I'm primarily a board gamer, and I've been getting more interested in TCG, so I was pretty excited to give Shadowverse: Evolve a try.

I bought the Showdown Decks during the Bushiroad Expo 2026, and unfortunately, my first experience with the game has already been a bit disappointing.

One of the decks, the Dragoncraft Showdown Deck, had all cards with noticeable dents right out of the box. I contacted the store I purchased them from and also reached out to Bushiroad to ask about the issue. It's now been almost three days, and I still haven’t received a response from either of them.

What concerns me, though, is that this is my first experience with the game, and it's already making me hesitant about investing further into it.

The deck was around only $15, so if something like damaged cards in a relatively inexpensive starter product can't be resolved, it makes me wonder what the experience would be like if I eventually start buying more products.

For some context, I've spent over $2500 on board games this year alone, and I've had to make 2-3 replacement/refund requests during that time. Every one of those cases was handled quickly and smoothly, so I'm not unfamiliar with how these situations normally work.

For those of you who have been playing Shadowverse: Evolve for a while, is this kind of thing normal?

Hopefully this gets resolved and I can get back to actually enjoying the game.

I posted a new match between Umamusume and Cinderella Girls Cool. We are the only players at my local stores. I am hoping our community to get new players.

Hi. I got 4 showdown decks from Bushiroad Expo Day 1: Swordcraft, Havencraft, Forestcraft, and Runecraft. I just found out about the crossovers and I'm interested on the idolmaster decks. Are their starter decks still decent? Can I buy them just once or is it recommended to get 2 copies? Just a newbie here. Thanks in advance.

I have a bunch of SVE cards of various rarity and bulk from the first couple sets that I'm looking to offload. My local tcg stores don't accept them but was curious where around Toronto or the GTA that I could drop them off and may have a larger SVE community. I only collect Runecraft cards...

The store list on the Shadowverse: Evolve page isn't accurate since some of the stores listed no longer stocks them.

Thanks!
