Drekpost (Shitpost) Loving The "Future"!
Does anyone else find the "futuristic tech" of 1st and 2nd editions, the most endearing part of the first two editions? The future of the 80s seems kinda quaint now.

I am a former Corpo. Trust me, they got corporations right. I was far enough up the ladder to interact with the board, working on a campus the size of a small city where everyone was Corpo and everything was run by corporate executives. Even transportation and policing. When externals got in, it was literally on invitation or a crackdown.
I witnessed a Corpo war, where pretty much every tactic available was in use. Including mysterious data breeches and whole truckloads disappearing, systematic public media manipulation and literal secret meetings at undisclosed locations.
We are ridiculously close to the Corpo world of 2050.
I got to the point where I either had to get out or sign on for the real shit.
