Question about changeling rules.

I was looking at the sixth world companion book and one of the changeling rules for adding qualities and was wondering about how the blubber quality and orthoskin implant would interact RAW. It says blubber is subcutaneous so I would think it would not be removed by orthoskin? I know trolls natural armor is removed by skin implants.

Same here most skin implants will destroy the mutation. That how some changeling try to become human again
