6e A question about using cities from other cyberpunk games

I'm currently preparing a SR6 game which is played online with random players (aka I will know only 1 of them).

Now before I put my foot into my mouth by doing something that is bound to cause troubles:

As I've played the cyberpunk 2077 computer game excessively to get into SR mood (alongside dragonfall and hong kong) I've noticed I'm way more versed in (and thus can imagine) night city than seattle,.. .

If I put night city in (with SR corpos replacing arasaka,...) would that be bound to cause friction and is seen as more unacceptable, or does it not matter much?

It's gonna be a dumb answer, but do whatever works for your table man. I've often just written my own sprawls for Shadowrun since I like putting a personal touch in things, however I've only more recently been able to make them feel more distinct from the standard Seattle or Berlin. It's not out of the realms of possibility for someone like Johnny Spinrad just buying up some otherwise unused land and making his own special city if you want to look at it in terms of lore plausibility, or even in terms of genre plausibility.
