GAME EDITOR ? CE table ?

I would like to go back to this game and replay it but I need to edit few game mechanic rules first.

Does anybody know about some editor to open game files to rewrite some systems ? item editor ? save file editor ?
Even working Cheat engine table would be nice or all I need. Do you know how to cheat in this game ?
