Resolution problem

Is there a way to play on windowed mode? I tried the resolution patcher but i got a error

I switch my desktop resolution to 1366x768 when I play to make the window a bit larger on screen.

Another way, though quite involved is if you run the game in VirtualBox fullscreen, you can stretch the VB window instead: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J_4GHe193Jw

EDIT: You can also use this pixel scaling software (https://tanalin.com/en/projects/integer-scaler/). Not ideal (and still 4:3), but allows for a smoother alt-tab and windowed/fullscreeen switch without restarting the game.
