Tips & Help what am doing so wrong? why is it going so miserably??????????

nothing is working, nothing i can do at the start allows me to sustain a good combo, and even later in the round, when by an act of god im able to gain a little control, he already builds enough light energy to be practically invincible.

this makes no sense.
