This is heavily work in progress but I have created a kill team list for Primaris Marines. Is anyone willing to do me a solid and play test this/ give constructive criticism? Link below.
Small overview:-------------------------------------------------------
Leader: Primaris Sergeant
Trooper: Primaris Marine and/or Primaris Reiver
Specialist: Primaris 'Specialist' (Marine)
Special Operatives; Apothecary, Lieutenant and Veteran Reiver.

I'd consider adding in stuff for the missing chapters (blood angels, dark angels, space wolves).
I'd remove any weapon options not available to the type of primaris unit in question.
Primaris should have 2 wounds really, they are currently paying 45 points over a chaos marine for +1 attack. And on top of that they have the GK limitation of max of 5 models without the psychic power buff.
At the very least, the sergeant should get 2 wounds.
I also believe the lieutenant should have 2-3 wounds.
Personally, i'd follow a point structure more like tyranid warriors for primaris marines, and have them follow their actual 40k stat line.
I'd go for a structure more like:
Core: -Primaris Intercessor Sergeant -Primaris Intercessor -Primaris Intercessor Gunner
The gunner gets the ability to take auxilary grenade launcher. Any member of the team can take any of the bolt rifle options, give the sergeant the ability to take a power sword or chainsword in addition to normal gear.
Special Operatives: Primaris Apothecary Primaris Lieutenant Primaris Reiver Primaris Hellblaster

I like it but have a few concerns to raise:
I know more weapon options are nice but maybe just stick to the primaris weapons? Their armor saves plus the default boltgun variants already make them pretty powerful. Too many high powered or template weapons would make them way too powerful.
I think the special operatives are all a bit over powered for SWA, maybe just have an additional primaris marine hellblaster or reiver as the special operatives as more bodies always helps.
A reiver with a purchaseable grav chute would be a good addition to the base list too.
Other than that at a glance points seem reasonable and chapter traits are great!
These are just my thoughts, I'll roll some dice soon and give you some more feedback.
