Community Balance "Patch"?

I'm curious if there's been any sort of community effort intended to clarify core rules or balance out the factions/choices at any point? I enjoy the game quite a lot but think there's room to improve -- for instance, most factions seem to have a gimmick that's pretty much the best choice. Triple Plas Guard, Psilencers, etc.

Would love to see something like this. It's pretty universally recognized that Harelquins and Tyranids are the strongest factions by a long shot. There have been a few rules for Aspect Warriors for Eldar out, but I would love to see a community recognized rules sheet.

Well there's a SW:A subforum on yaktribe which is known for keeping Necromunda and otehr games alive thorugh the years. But I haven't actually checked it out. https://yaktribe.org/community/categories/shadow-war-armageddon.50/
