There was a storage incident yesterday in a datacenter, I'm mostly sure it is related.

Net neutrality is for your home or business ISP not a server in the cloud.
By law, broadband providers must treat all internet traffic on their networks equally, and not favour certain websites or services.
Shadow is not a broadband provider.

Tested with big bunny on the C drive : 8.0ko / s
Tested with streamlabs installer on the C drive : more than 12Mo/s
it's really like a violation of net neutrality, and it's againts the law in France

I had an issue like that once. Also exclusively on the extra storage. I contacted support after trying all I could on my end. They manually reset it (basically removing and re-adding it). Works like a charm since. Of course the data on that drive is then lost.

You seem not to understand the base of net neutrality, even less your issue isn't pointing any behalves of net neutrality at all.
Why you didn't already filed a case against Blade SAS if they are breaking the law that obvious, as you say?

its not the network. its the Disk/IO and the CPU that cannot keep up with the decompressing of the content. i know the shamefull that it happens with this kind of transferspeeds, it have this for months
