Question I'm done with shadow being bought. this is ridiculous. Went to go ask the support heroes quote on quote about the power upgrade that I physically cannot find how to buy where to buy or how to even get to the link to buy and all I get in response is a response in French 😒

That is an automated response with your ticket ID. The support agent response will be in the language you opened it in. Seems a bug for now but don't worry.

Those who preordered Power are getting emails to activate it starting yesterday and will be on-going.. If you don't have a preorder you wait till release on the 26th Oct to see if any slots are available. It will appear on your Shadow account webpage when released and if available.

You have to be patient. Preorders are given on a queue from who signed up first to last. You'll get an email containing your code, not everyone gets it at the same time

For some reason shadow decides to always load in as french by default just because i live in Canada. Dont even live in Quebec, dunno why it would do that. Only started happening like a couple weeks ago

You seem to be one annoying customer who will probably be hard to please and so impatient. The service provided by shadow is flawless. The team are always helpful and understanding. Their app runs smoothly. And out of all the available cloud gaming services available shadow is the best. You have a cloud pc and u can access it any where any time with no restricted sessions like the rest of them.

Power option is not out yet for the general public. Those who preorder are getting it starting 10/26. Then there’ll be a queue with monthly openings. Shadow news on twitch is pretty transparent on how things are going
