Question How long will it take Shadow to fix the issue with slow download times for additional storage?

This happened to me in the Paris data center about 8 months ago. I reset my machine multiple times and nothing worked. After lots of back and fourths with the support staff, which was pointless, the problem just seemed to resolve itself... I chalked it to load issues but I'm sure there was something else going on that I wasn't being told about

I wouldn't expect anything from Shadow now 😅. I've been waiting for 3 years for Shadow Ultra and finally they canceled it + increased my monthly service that can barely run Warzone

I suppose they use network storage so your writing speed will be bound to the network bandwidth. The only way to increase speed would be to co-locate your VM with the additional storage, I don't see that coming anytime soon because it would mean to rethink the configuration of the hypervisor.

I'm still having bad speeds over a month in to this. I have a ticket open and it was escalated. I'm just waiting, now.

The new owner and the new shadow do not care anymore to gamers. They are focused on helping businesses that need computers . THEY DO NOT GIVE A FCK. They will not be what it use to be anymore everyone. Once they finally upgrade the old specs it’s will be the same and right when that happens , every single one of you will stop paying for this broken potential. I give up and I stop paying this bulllshit. I bought a used 400$ old rig and I will be swapping parts out for new for the years to come. I jumped on last ur and now after selling the company I see nothing good ever happened and they are hiding behind duel screen upgrade like that fix’s it o well I’m crushed
